  • YOU ARE A COMPLETE BEING – we cannot compartmentalize this wonderful being that you are into diet and training! You are so much more than what you eat! Much more than the exercise you practice! All aspects of your life, such as your tastes, desires, dreams, work, family, friends, have to be taken into consideration in a weight loss process!
  • THE SCALE IS NOT A PARAMETER – your desired weight will not arrive and remain if the focus is only on it! In fact, for that to happen, the desired weight has to be a CONSEQUENCE of changing your habits!

 

3 Pillars of Application:
  • KNOWLEDGE – you need to know which tools science has proven to be effective for weight loss! No fads, no craziness...
  • REFLECTION – it is only by looking within that you learn to understand yourself. And this self-knowledge is essential for you to know how far you are willing to go to achieve the goal you want!
